Simple Things|photos

I started following the Simple As That blog and look forward to reading her posts everyday. I also think that it's a great idea that every week she wants to share others' photos. I figured that this week, I will show a few pictures from our weekend. I've recently started shooting in manual mode and I'm loving how my photos are turning out...with a little bit of editting of course!

I am, to say the least, VERY ready for spring to arrive and for winter to walk out the door. However, it snowed the other night, and we woke up to every thing covered in a fluffy blanket of snow. I had to take our son (Greyson) to daycare, so I made sure I was outside getting shots of the snow at 6:45am.

Instead of eating over my lunch break, why not go out to the local state park and take a few photos, right?! It sounded like a fantastic idea....to me!
