6 months ago...

My son was 6 months old this last week and I am in disbelief how quickly the time has passed. I was looking back at his newborn pictures a little bit ago and then looked at some of the photos we took this afternoon and he looks like a completely different child (too me anyway!) To us, Greyson now looks like a little boy instead of the baby that he is. I want him to stay a baby forever but then again, I am so looking forward to when he can talk and tell me stories!

He so handsome and I can't image my life without him now. (All moms/parents say this but now I know what they meant!)

I rarely get photos of all three of us, so I figured I would attempt to use my self timer for the 1st time! I'm pretty pleased with the photos that I ended up getting.

We've been working outside for the last few weekends, trying to get ready for planting flowers! Greyson has loved being outside and it's a plus for Tyler and me, because it wears little man out.

We have been so eager to get seeds in the ground because of the unseasonably warm weather here in Iowa. Trees are starting to get their leaves and the grass is turning green. Then I realize that it's only March and we should probably wait another month, just in case.

With that being said, I usually start out the day by 'actually' helping Tyler out, then end up just taking pictures. I'm sure he appreciates that! :)

So, here are only a few of the 100's of photos I took so far this weekend.

We love making sun tea at our house. It has become a weekend ritual...weather permitting.

This last weekend I got a chance to take some photos of a friend's sweet little niece, Hannah. She was 6 weeks old and I cannot remember G being THAT tiny! What a great afternoon we had! I absolutely LOVE Hannah! I'm pretty sure my son, Greyson, needs a sister! ;)

Project Life

So...about the 2nd week in January, I decided that I wanted to do Project Life this year. Yay for me! Well, I ordered my Amber kit and a binder and that was all great, but....ALL of the page protectors were sold out! UGH!!! I checked Becky's blog every morning religiously to make sure I got those darn page protectors as soon as they became available again. Finally, in February, they were back in stock and I got me some protectors. Needless to say, when I got that UPS shipment from Amazon, I had some major catching up to do.

I can officially say that I am all caught up! Whew!
